Ingredients:
1 | tub (100 g) | STAR MARGARINE GARLIC |
1 | pc (90 g) | white onion, sliced |
1/2 | cup (82 g) | whole corn kernels, drained |
1 | cup (313 g) | store bought barbecue sauce, hickory flavor |
2 | tbsp | brown sugar |
1 | pack (500 g) | PUREFOODS DELI BEEF FRANKS, sliced |
5 | cups | cooked rice |
1/2 | cup (70 g) | roasted nuts, chopped (for garnish) |
Procedure:
1. Melt margarine in a pan then sauté onion and corn.
2. Add barbecue sauce and sugar. Let simmer and then add franks.
3. Toss in cooked rice and mix well until rice is well coated with the sauce.
4. Top with chopped nuts before serving.
5. Transfer to a platter. Serve.
