FLUFFY AND CREAMY SCRAMBLED EGGS


Ingredients:

8 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA PUREFRESH MILK
1/2 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC, cut into cubes
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk and then add half of cubed margarine. 
  2. Melt remaining margarine in a sauté pan and then turn heat to medium-low.
  3. Add egg mixture and cook until slightly set. Gently stir until desired texture is achieved. Season with salt and pepper. 

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 2 cups mixture/1/2 cup mixture per serving)
