FISH NUGGETS PESTO PASTA


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS SEAFOOD DELIGHTS FISH NUGGETS, cooked according to package directions
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (60 g) pc onion, chopped
1/2 cup store-bought pesto
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 kg spaghetti, cooked accroding to package directions
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and pesto. Cook for about five minutes, or until onion is tender. Add half of Parmesan cheese and half of the fish.
  2. Toss cooked pasta with pesto mixture. Arrange on a platter and top with remaining Parmesan cheese and fish nuggets.

Makes 5 servings.
