FISH NUGGETS AND CHIPS WITH CREAMY LEMON SAUCE


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS SEAFOOD DELIGHTS FISH NUGGETS, cooked according to package directions
1 pack potato chips

Lemon Sauce

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat butter and sauté garlic.
  2. Add chicken stock, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Simmer until reduced in half.
  3. Toss fish nuggets into sauce or serve on the side with chips.

Makes 5 servings.
