Marinate fish fillet with calamansi juice for a few minutes. Wash off carefully with water and pat-dry with paper towels.
Marinate fish fillet with salt, pepper and garlic. Pan-fry fish in butter until slightly crispy and season with Worcestershire sauce and liquid seasoning. Set aside.
Mix together dressing ingredients until well blended. Set aside.
To assemble, spread cream cheese spread on two slices of bread. Place a piece of lettuce and fish on first slice of bread. Top with dressing then with a slice of cheese and a piece of lettuce. Cover with second slice of bread. Garnish with tomato slices and pickles. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
