FINGER LICKIN' MAGNOLIA CHICKEN FINGERS


Ingredients:

Honey Mustard Dip

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp prepared or deli mustard
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp garlic paste*
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Chicken

200 g MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper

Breading

1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, use egg whites only
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
cooking oil for deep-frying

Procedure:

  1. Marinate chicken in garlic paste, mustard, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge in flour, dip in egg whites then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep-fry chicken. Serve with honey mustard dip.
  4. Honey Mustard Dip*: Mix all ingredients together. Set aside.

Makes 2-3 servings.  *Prepare by mashing cloves of garlic
