FILIPINO STYLE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES


Ingredients:

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp DARI CRÈME CLASSIC, softened
1 (400 g) pack PUREFOODS TOCINO CLASSIC
6 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
3 tbsp cooking oil
6 pc KAMBAL PANDESAL large pandesal, cut horizontally
6 pc curly lettuce leaves

Procedure:

  1. Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a pan and cook tocino. Set aside.
  2. In another pan, heat oil and then cook each egg sunny side up style. Set aside
  3. Spread remaining margarine on both sides of pandesal. Toast in the oven toaster for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
  4. To assemble, fill pandesal with lettuce, tocino and egg.

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield: 6 pc / 1 pc per serving)
