Ingredients:
| 2 | tbsp | cooking oil |
| 1/4 | cup | MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED |
| 1 | pc (100 g) | white onion, cubed |
| 6 | cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 | pc (100 g) | red bell pepper, diced |
| 1 | pc (100 g) | green bell pepper, diced |
| 1 | tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 1 | tbsp | paprika |
| 1-1/2 | tbsp | liquid seasoning |
| 1 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 | tsp | pepper |
| 1 | kg | PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, cut into 1-inch squares |
| 1 | bundle (10 g) | parsley, chopped (2 tbsp) |
Procedure:
1. In a pan, heat oil and butter.
2. Sauté onion for a minute.
3. Add garlic then sauté until almost golden brown.
4. Add bell peppers, cayenne, paprika, liquid seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
5. Continue sautéing for a minute then add Fiesta Ham. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes more.
6. Place on a serving plate and garnish with parsley.
Makes 6-8 servings.
