FIESTA HAM SALPICAO


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 pc (100 g) white onion, cubed
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc (100 g) red bell pepper, diced
1 pc (100 g) green bell pepper, diced
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1-1/2 tbsp liquid seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 kg PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, cut into 1-inch squares
1 bundle (10 g) parsley, chopped (2 tbsp)

Procedure:

1. In a pan, heat oil and butter.
2. Sauté onion for a minute.
3. Add garlic then sauté until almost golden brown.
4. Add bell peppers, cayenne, paprika, liquid seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
5. Continue sautéing for a minute then add Fiesta Ham. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes more.
6. Place on a serving plate and garnish with parsley.

Makes 6-8 servings.

Tip/s:

  • Another way to prepare this recipe is to cook the salpicao sauce and just top over the rolled ham slices.
