FIESTA HAM GREEN MANGO MEDLEY


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pc PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM

Glaze:

1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups hot water
2 pc green mangoes, peeled, grated and juice extracted

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place ham in an oven proof dish. Set aside.
  2. Caramelize sugar in a saucepan. Pour hot water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Add green mango juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour on ham and bake for 20-30 minutes, basting with sauce 3-4 times. Boil remaining sauce and serve with ham.
Makes 10-15 servings.
