EGG SANDWICHES


Ingredients:

8 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup DARI CRÈME CLASSIC, softened
12 pc medium pandesal (split in the middle but don't cut through)
12 pc (60 g) lettuce leaves, rinsed and pat-dried

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Cover and chill until use.
  2. Spread margarine on each pandesal slices and toast for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. To assemble, place lettuce on each piece of pandesal. Evenly divide and place a scoop of egg mixture. 

Makes 6 servings.
(Yield: 12 pc/2 pc per serving)
