EGG PICADILLO


Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
1 pc onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (150 g) pc potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION CHICKEN SHANGHAI MIX
1/2 cup water
1 (200 mL) pouch tomato sauce
5 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, boiled and peeled
1 tbsp patis

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and potato then add chicken and sauté until it changes color.
  2. Add water and tomato sauce. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes or until potato is tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add eggs and season with patis. Simmer for another 3 minutes. Serve.

Makes 6 servings.
