Ingredients:
3 | pc (150 g) | MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, lightly beaten |
1 | tbsp | cooking oil |
1 | pc | onion, chopped |
3 | cloves | garlic, minced |
4 | cups (1 L) | chicken stock |
3 | tbsp | cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup water |
1 | bundle (15 g) | green onions, chopped |
1 | tsp | sesame oil (optional) |
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion and garlic. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
3. Add green onions and then gently stir in egg until set.
4. Add cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously. Simmer once.
5. Add sesame oil. Remove from heat and serve.
Makes 5 servings.
(Yield: 5 cups/ 1 cup per serving)
