1 tsp Gochujang
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN IN BROTH, drained
1/2 cup steamed rice
1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/4 cup bean sprouts, blanched
1/2 cup spinach, blanched
3 pc canned shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup store-bought kimchi, chopped
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, hard boiled, peeled and cut into chunks


  1. Combine Gochujang with chicken.
  2. Fill mason jar or bowl with rice. Top or layer with remaining ingredients.  Store in the chiller until use. Reheat in the microwave for 1 minute before serving.
