EASY PAELLA


Ingredients:

1 (100g) pc white onion, chopped
10 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 kg MONTEREY PORK SUKIYAKI CUT
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 (50g) pc red bell pepper, sliced
1 (50g) pc green bell pepper, sliced
3 cups rice, washed once
4 cups water
1 (5g) pc chicken bouillon cube

Procedure:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil using a wide sauté pan for 2 minutes.
  2. Add beef and tomato paste. Mix until beef change its color.
  3. Add half of bell peppers, rice and mix well.
  4. Add water and chicken cube. Mix well. Top with remaining bell peppers. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes over low heat until rice is cooked.
Makes 5 servings.
