EASY MAPLE GLAZED FRIED CHICKEN


Ingredients:

1 cup GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1/2 (5 pc) kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION CUT UPS
1 (100 g) pack seasoned breadcrumbs
1/8 cup maple or pancake syrup

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Coat chicken in seasoned breadcrumbs, and then fry in hot oil until cooked through and golden brown. Drain excess oil on rack or on paper towels.
  3. Drizzle with or toss in syrup just before serving. 

Makes 5 servings

Yield: 5 pc chicken
