EASY GOULASH


Ingredients:

1 pack (450 g) PUREFOODS READY-TO-EAT BEEF CALDERETA, thawed according to package directions
1 cup beef stock
1 pc (80 g) carrot, peeled and cubed
1 can (198 g) whole button mushrooms, drained
1 pc (80 g) red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 pack (200 g) PUREFOODS DELI SCHUBLIG, sliced
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

1. In a pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil and then lower heat.

2. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. 

Makes 4 servings.

Note/s:

Serve with rice or bread.
