Ingredients:
1 | pack (450 g) | PUREFOODS READY-TO-EAT BEEF CALDERETA, thawed according to package directions |
1 | cup | beef stock |
1 | pc (80 g) | carrot, peeled and cubed |
1 | can (198 g) | whole button mushrooms, drained |
1 | pc (80 g) | red bell pepper, cut into cubes |
1 | pack (200 g) | PUREFOODS DELI SCHUBLIG, sliced |
1 | tbsp | smoked paprika |
1 | tsp | cumin |
1/8 | tsp | iodized fine salt |
1/8 | tsp | pepper |
Procedure:
1. In a pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil and then lower heat.
2. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
