Easy Beef Ramen


  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepot, add onion to beef stock and bring to a boil. Add ramen, carrot, beef, then let simmer over low hear.
  3. After 2 minutes, add cabbage and cook for 1 more minute.

Tip:  Use fresh egg noodles if instant ramen is not available.

Makes  5 servings.
