EASY BEEF RAMEN


Ingredients:

1/4 kg MONTEREY BEEF SUKIYAKI CUT
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
1.25 (5 cups) L beef stock
2 (180 g each) packs instant ramen
1 (100 g) pc carrot, sliced
1/2 (60 g) cup sliced cabbage

Procedure:

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepot, add onion to beef stock and bring to a boil. Add ramen, carrot, beef, then let simmer over low hear.
  3. After 2 minutes, add cabbage and cook for 1 more minute.
Tip:  Use fresh egg noodles if instant ramen is not available. Makes  5 servings.
