DRUMMETS ON STICKS


Ingredients:

1 (240 g) pack PUREFOODS CRISP N’ JUICY DRUMMETS
2 cups cooking oil for deep-frying
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE , cut into 1/4-inch thick cut-out shapes
6 pc wooden skewers

Procedure:

  1. Deep-fry drummets in hot oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels and let cool slightly.
  2. Skewer drummets and cheese with wooden sticks. Serve.

Makes 6 servings.
