DREAMY BROWNIES ALA MODE

Ingredients:

1 pack (1kg) BAKE BEST BROWNIE MIX
4 pc (200 g) MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/4 cup (60 g) water
1/4 cup (56 g) MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
1 cup (35 g) mini marshmallows
75 grams dark chocolate, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 tub + 1 pint (32 scoops) MAGNOLIA GOLD LABEL ICE CREAM, any preferred variant
1/2 cup (150 g) chocolate syrup

Procedure:

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line 2 8x8-inch square pans with wax or parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, water and butter. Stir until smooth. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate. Mix well.
3. Transfer mixture to prepared pans and bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Cool before cutting into 2x2-inch pieces. Serve with Ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
 
Makes 32 servings.
