DOUBLE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM CAKE


Ingredients:

1 cup fresh strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1 (320 g) tub broas
1 pint MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC STRAWBERRY FLAVOR

Procedure:

  1. Cook strawberries in a small saucepan with sugar and water for 1 minute. Let cool and set aside.
  2. Line broas at the bottom of a square dish.
  3. Spread strawberry ice cream, about 1/2 inch thick, then arrange cooked strawberries on top of ice cream. Arrange another layer of lady fingers on top of strawberries then chill to set.
Makes 4-6 servings.
