DINUGUAN PUTO PAO


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack SMMI MIX ‘N STEAM PUTO MIX
3-1/2 cups water

Dinuguan Filling

1 (1kg) pack COOK EXPRESS DINUGUAN

Procedure:

  1. Prepare steamer. Combine puto mix and water.
  2. Line puto molds with 3 oz cupcake liners. Set aside
  3. Place 2 tbsp puto batter and 1 tbsp dinuguan into puto molds. Top with another tbsp of puto batter.
  4. Steam for about 13 minutes.  

Makes 20 servings.

 (Yield: 40 pc/2 pc per serving)
