DEEP FRIED CHICKEN


Ingredients:

1 L cooking oil for deep-frying
1 (1.2 kg) pc MAGNOLIA FREE RANGE CHICKEN, washed, drained and pat-dried
1/2 (7.5 g) tbsp iodized fine salt

Procedure:

  1. Transfer oil in a saucepot big enough for the chicken over medium low heat. Submerge chicken in cold oil.
  2. Cook until chicken is tender and brown, around 40-50 minutes. Drain chicken from oil. Season with salt. Serve hot.

  Makes 6-8 servings.
