CRUNCHY CHEESE STICKS


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
1 (200 g) can PUREFOODS CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT, chopped
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
24 pc mini lumpia wrappers
1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water
1 cup cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mix together grated cheese and chopped luncheon meat. Add egg and mix well.
  2. Place every tablespoon of filling in of lumpia wrappers. Fold to secure filling and seal with cornstarch-water mixture.
  3. Fry cheese sticks in hot oil. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Makes 6 servings.
