CRISPY SQUID JAMBALAYA


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS SEAFOOD DELIGHTS CRISPY SQUID, cooked according to package directions

Jambalaya

1 (100 g) bar DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 (198 g) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
3 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG CLASSIC, sliced into rings
1 (250 g) pack spaghetti sauce
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
5 cups cooked rice

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan or wok then sauté mushrooms and hotdogs. Add rice and half of squid. Mix well. 
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and cream and mix very well. Cook for 5 minutes, mixing well. Arrange on a platter then top with remaining crispy squid.

Makes 5 servings.

(Yield: 5 cups rice)
