CRISPY SHRIMPS FRUIT COCKTAIL SALAD


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS SEAFOOD DELIGHTS TAIL-ON SHRIMP, fried last minute according to package directions
1/2 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled
1/4 cup condensed milk, chilled
1 (850 g) can chilled fruit cocktail, drained for at least 30 minutes

Procedure:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream and condensed milk. Mix well.
  2. Add fruit cocktail and mix until well combined. Gently toss in shrimps.
  3. Serve immediately.

Makes 5 servings.

(Yield:  4 cups fruit cocktail/ 3/4 cup per serving)
