CREAMY MEATY PASTA


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
200 g spaghetti or fettuccine noodles, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup frozen green peas
2 (230 g each) cans PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, cubed
100 g MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA, half grated and half shaved

Procedure:

  1. In a sauté pan, lightly pan-fry luncheon meat in oil. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepot, combine water and condensed soup.Stir until soup is well incorporated.
  3. Add the luncheon meat and green peas together with the white sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Toss in the cooked pasta. Place pasta in a serving dish and top with grated cheese.
Makes 5 servings.
