Ingredients:
1/4 | kg | regular native tomatoes |
1 | tsp | garlic powder |
1 | cup | grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE |
3 | cups | MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE |
8 | slices | PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, chopped |
shredded cabbage, lettuce or parsley leaves for garnish |
Procedure:
1. Cut the top of each tomato. Using a melon baller or a sharp knife, carefully scoop out the seeds and pulp. Place each tomato upside down on paper towels to drain.
2. In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Stuff each tomato with the ham mixture.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve on a dish with shredded cabbage or lettuce or over parsley leaves.
Makes 8-10 servings.
