iodized fine salt
MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
broccoli, cut into florets and blanched
grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE
CREAMY BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE
Melt margarine in pan. Add flour then slowly pour stock while whisking. Add cream. Stir continuously until simmering. Season with salt and pepper then add Cheezee Squeeze and rice. Blend well. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place broccoli on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Spoon rice mixture over broccoli in an even layer. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake casserole for about 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Serve at once.
