Creamed Cauliflower And Broccoli


  1. Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter then add flour.
  3. Add milk while continually whisking. Simmer over low heat until thick.
  4. Add cheese. Cook for another minute. Pour over blanched vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.
