CRABSTICK CAKES


Ingredients:

5 pc crab sticks, each piece cut in half then shredded
1 (180 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE & BAKING MIX
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1 (100 g) pc carrot, grated
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (100 g) pack panko breadcrumbs
1 cup cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil.
  2. Form every 2 tbsp in patties. Cover in bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan then fry patties until cooked through.

Makes 7 servings.

(Yield: 22 pc/3 pc per serving)
