COTTAGE CHEESE MUSHROOM SOUP


Ingredients:

1 pc onion, minced
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
8 cups chicken broth
2 packs cottage cheese
1 can mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Sauté onion in butter.
  2. Add 7 cups chicken broth. Bring to boil.
  3. Stir in cottage cheese, mushrooms and flour dissolved in 1 cup chicken broth. Cook until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 8 servings.
