CORNED BEEF MONTE CRISTO SANDWICH


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
4 pc white bread
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED

Procedure:

  1. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of the bread slices.
  2. Top with corned beef and cover with another piece of bread.
  3. Beat egg and milk in a small bowl.Dip the sandwich into the egg and milk mixture.
  4. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Brown the sandwich on both sides. Serve hot.
Makes 2 servings.
