Ingredients:
| 1 | can (210 g) | PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF |
| 1/2 | cup (20 g) | chopped parsley |
| 1/3 | cup (40 g) | grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE |
| 30 | pc | large molo wrappers |
| 1 | pc | MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, use egg white only |
| 700 | mL | cooking oil for frying |
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine corned beef, parsley and cheese. Mix well.
2. Spoon every teaspoon of the mixture onto molo wrappers. Moisten edges of wrapper with egg white then fold one edge over another to seal in filling.
3. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Makes 30 pieces.
