CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE


Ingredients:

3/4 cup elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
1/3 cup diced MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 pc onion, chopped
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
1 (300 mL) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1/2 cup green peas

Procedure:

  1.  Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2.  In a large bowl, mix together macaroni, cheese, onion, corned beef, soup milk and peas. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.

Makes 2-3 servings.
