Ingredients:
| 1 | pc (50 g) | onion, sliced |
| 2 | cloves | garlic, crushed |
| 2 | tbsp | cooking oil |
| 1 | can (210 g) | PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF CHUNKS |
| 5 | cups | chicken stock |
| 1/8 | tsp | pepper |
| 1/2 | head (200 g) | cabbage, shredded |
Procedure:
1. In a medium saucepot, sauté onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add corned beef and sauté for a minute.
3. Add chicken stock and let simmer.
4. Season with pepper then add cabbage and cook until tender.
