COOKIES AND CREAM POLVORON


Ingredients:

2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup crushed oatmeal cookies or graham crackers
3/4 cup STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC, melted

Procedure:

  1. Toast flour in pan until light brown.
  2. Remove from heat and add powdered milk, sugar and crushed cookies. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add melted margarine. Mix well.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes then form individual portions with a 1.5 inch diameter polvoron mold.

Makes 38 pieces.
