COOK EXPRESS PAKSIW


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack COOK EXPRESS PAKSIW
2 (112 g each) bunches pechay Tagalog, trimmed and steamed
2 (60 g) pc tomatoes, cut in half and then pan grilled (optional)

Procedure:

  1. To reheat Paksiw via microwave, pour frozen contents in a microwaveable container Cover and microwave 13-15 minutes on medium to high setting. Stir every 2 minutes for an evenly heated product.
  2. To reheat via stove top, pour contents in a pot and heat over medium flame for 20-25 minutes with occasional stirring until thoroughly reheated.
  3. Transfer to platter. Serve with steamed pechay and tomatoes.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Yield and heating time vary for 500 g trays
