COOK EXPRESS CHICKEN PASTEL


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack COOK EXPRESS CHICKEN PASTEL

Procedure:

  1. To reheat Chicken Pastel via microwave, pour frozen contents in a microwave container and cover. Microwave for 13-15 minutes on a medium to high heat setting. Stir every 2 minutes until heated through.
  2. To reheat via stove top, pour content in a pot and heat over medium flame for 20-25 minutes with occasional stirring until thoroughly reheated.
  3. Transfer to platter. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Tip/s: 

  • To cook mashed potatoes, boil 1 kg washed potatoes in enough water until tender. Drain and place in a large deep bowl. Mash with 1/2 cup MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK and 2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
