COOK EXPRESS CHICKEN ADOBO


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack COOK EXPRESS CHICKEN ADOBO
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, boiled, peeled and sliced

Procedure:

1. To reheat Chicken Adobo via microwave, pour frozen contents in a microwaveable container. Cover and microwave for 13-15 minutes on medium to high setting. Stir every 2 minutes for an evenly heated product.

2. To reheat via stove top, pour contents in a pot and heat over medium flame for 20-25 minutes with occasional stirring until thoroughly reheated.

3. Transfer to platter. Top with sliced eggs. 

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Note: 

Yield and heating time vary for 500 g trays

Tip/s: 

  • Serve also with Garlic Fried Rice and Ensaladang Talong.
  • To make Garlic Fried Rice, in a wok, sauté 3-1/2 tbsp of crushed garlic in 1/4 cup COOK BEST COCONUT OIL. Sauté until golden brown. Add 10 cups chilled cooked rice and cook for 5 minutes. Mix well.   
  • To make Ensaladang Talong, broil 4 pc eggplants until skin is charred. Cool, and then peel off skin and then chop eggplants. Transfer to a bowl and combine with 4 pc diced tomatoes and 2 pc chopped red onions.
