COOK EXPRESS BISTEK


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack COOK EXPRESS BISTEK
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup sliced white onions

Procedure:

  1. To reheat Bistek via microwave, pour frozen contents in a microwaveable container. Cover and microwave for 13-15 minutes on medium to high setting. Stir every 2 minutes for an evenly heated product.
  2. To reheat via stove top, pour contents in a pot and heat over medium flame for 20-25 minutes with occasional stirring until thoroughly reheated.
  3. Transfer to platter.
  4. In a pan, heat oil then sauté onions until tender. Top on bistek. 

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
