Ingredients:
2 | tbsp | cooking oil |
1 | pack (550 g) | MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS SPICY WINGS, cut in half |
1 | thumb (55 g) | ginger, minced |
1 | can (330 mL) | cola |
1 | stalk (5 g) | onion leeks, sliced thinly |
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken for 3 minutes or until lightly brown.
2. Add ginger and sauté for another minute.
3. Add cola and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
4. Transfer to a serving plate and top with leeks
Makes 5 servings.
