COFFEE JELLY DRINK



Ingredients:

3 (20g) sachets SAN MIG BARAKO 3-in-1 COFFEE or ESSENSO COFFEE
3 cups water
2 cups store bought cubed coffee jelly
2 cups tube ice
whipping cream (optional)

Procedure:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coffee and water. Whisk until coffee dissolves.
  2. Transfer 1 cup of the mixture in a mug and add 3 tablespoon of coffee jelly and tube ice.
  3. Top with whipped cream. Serve while cold.

Makes 4 servings.
