CLASSIC TJ MARGHERITA PIZZA

Ingredients:

1	tbsp	olive oil
2	cloves	garlic, chopped
1	pc	store-bought pizza dough, 12 inch diameter
1/4	cup (56 g)	pizza sauce or tomato sauce
1	pack (100 g)	grated mozzarella cheese
100	grams	Buffalo mozzarella cheese, sliced into chunks
2	pc (120 g)	salad tomatoes, sliced into rings
3	pc	PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY CHEESEDOG JUMBO CHEESY PIZZA
1/4	cup	fresh basil leaves
1/4	tsp	pepper

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 475°F (246°C).
Mix olive oil and garlic together in a small dish. Brush top of the dough lightly with garlic-olive oil.
Spread pizza sauce then top with grated mozzarella, mozzarella chunks, tomato slices and hotdogs.
Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and the cheese is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and top with basil leaves and season with pepper. Slice pizza and serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
