CLASSIC BURGER


Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooking oil
1 pack (684 g) PUREFOODS DELI ANGUS BEEF PATTY (6 pc)
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, cut into 18 slices
6 tbsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
6 pc store-bought burger buns, split
1/2 bunch lettuce
1 pc large tomato, cut into 8 rings
12 pc (60g) lettuce leaves
2 pc (120 g ) large tomatoes, each pc sliced into 8

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Cook patties for 6 minutes per side. Top patty with 3 slices of cheese before removing from heat. Keep warm.
  2. To assemble, spread mayonnaise on buns. Top half of buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. Place patties and cover with remaining buns to make sandwiches. 
Makes 4 servings.
(Yield: 6 pc/1 pc per serving)
