CHRISTMAS HAM SANDWICH

Ingredients:

4	slices	PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM
4	slices	rye bread

Slaw

1	cup	shredded cabbage
1/3	cup	MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/4	cup	julienned* carrots
2	tbsp	honey
1	tsp	wasabi paste or powder
		iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
		*Julienne: to cut into very thin strips

Procedure:

Combine cabbage, cream, carrots, honey and wasabi in mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until use.
Put 2 slices of ham on a piece of rye bread. Spread 2 tablespoons of slaw mixture then sandwich it with another piece of bread. You may toast the sandwich or serve as is.

Makes 2 servings.
