CHORIZO BURGER BAO


Ingredients:

6 pc mantou buns, split
6 tbsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
6 pc CHEF'S SELECTION CHORIZO HAMONADO PATTY, cooked according to package directions
6 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 (220 g) pc cucumber, sliced
1 (90 g) pc red onion, sliced
1 (25 g) pack peanuts, coarsely pounded
1 (30 g) stalk coriander (wansoy), use tender leaves only

Procedure:

  1. Steam mantou buns for 2 minutes.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on bottom part half of buns
  3. Add patty, hoisin, slices of cucumber and onion. And then add some peanuts and wansoy.
  4. Cover with the top part of buns and skewer with sticks to hold in place.

Makes 6 servings.
