CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM SHELLS WITH BACON BITS


Ingredients:

200 grams bittersweet chocolate, grated
1/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup PUREFOODS BACON CRUMBLE, fried crispy
4-5 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM (your choice of flavor)

Procedure:

  1. Melt chocolate with oil over a double boiler until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Scoop ice cream into serving containers then drizzle with prepared chocolate. Sprinkle bacon bits over before chocolate sets. Serve.
Makes 4-5 servings.
