CHOCOLATE FUDGE ICE CREAM


Ingredients:

3/4 cup (230 g) condensed milk
200 grams chocolate chips
1 tub (1.3L) MAGNOLIA GOLD LABEL ICE CREAM VANILLA
16 pc graham crackers

Procedure:

  1. In a double boiler or bowl placed on a pot with boiling water (making sure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water), add milk and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Set aside. Transfer to a squeeze bottle.
  2. Scoop ice cream into serving glasses. Place a piece of graham cracker on the side and then drizzle with chocolate sauce.

  Make 16 servings.
