CHOCOLATE CHEESE TRUFFLE


Ingredients:

1/2 cup softened MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup finely chopped glace cherries
chocolate vermicelli

Procedure:

  1. Mix cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cherries to mixture. Chill for 2 hours. Shape mixture into 16 small balls and roll in chocolate vermicelli. Leave to dry for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Makes 16 pieces.
