Ingredients:
1 | pack (400 g) | MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS |
1-1/3 | cups | MAGNOLIA CHOCOLAIT |
1 | cup (140 g) | coarsely chopped cashew nuts |
6 | pc (600 g) | lakatan bananas (ripe but firm), sliced into rounds 1" thick |
1 | cup (120 g) | MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR |
2 | cups | cooking oil for deep-frying |
1 | tbsp (5 g) | cocoa powder for dusting |
Procedure:
1. Combine pancake mix with chocolate milk drink.
2. Add cashew nuts and mix well.
3. Dredge bananas in flour and then dip in pancake batter.
4. Deep-fry until cooked through.
5. Arrange in a platter and dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
