CHOCOLAIT BANANA FRITTERS


Ingredients:

1 pack (400 g) MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
1-1/3 cups MAGNOLIA CHOCOLAIT
1 cup (140 g) coarsely chopped cashew nuts
6 pc (600 g) lakatan bananas (ripe but firm), sliced into rounds 1" thick
1 cup (120 g) MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups cooking oil for deep-frying
1 tbsp (5 g) cocoa powder for dusting

Procedure:

1. Combine pancake mix with chocolate milk drink.
2. Add cashew nuts and mix well.
3. Dredge bananas in flour and then dip in pancake batter.
4. Deep-fry until cooked through.
5. Arrange in a platter and dust with cocoa powder just before serving. 

Makes 6 servings. 

Tip/s:

  • Serve with MAGNOLIA GOLD LABEL ICE CREAM.
