CHOCOLAIT BANANA FRITTERS


Ingredients:

2 (200 g each) packs MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
1-1/3 cups MAGNOLIA CHOCOLAIT
1 cup crumbled cashew nuts
6 pc lakatan bananas (ripe but firm), sliced into rounds 1" thick
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL for deep-frying
1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Procedure:

  1. Combine pancake mix with Chocolait. Add cashew then mix well.
  2. Dredge bananas in flour then dip in pancake batter. Deep fry until cooked.
  3. Skewer and arrange in platters. Dust with cocoa powder. 

Makes 6 servings. 

Tip: Serve with ice cream.
